Thank you for choosing to crossgrade from St. James to the St. James Suite, giving you two new plugins completely for free!
This is a two-stage process:
1. Firstly, you need to create a brand new user account with us and transfer your existing license into our new back-end. This new system simplifies getting installers, updates and upgrades. The following link guides you through this process. Before you begin doing this, you will need to have your iLok registered email address and your iLok username handy.
2. Next, you will need to perform the crossgrade. This will surrender your St. James license and deposit a St. James Suite license containing all three plugins.
